Fabulous pair of mid century modern wrought iron and glass candlesticks stand app. 12″ tall, on heavy 4″ square glass bases, with sea green sides 3/4 thick. Made and signed by the multi faceted Tony Evans in California, the candlesticks feature removable bobeches held with rubber gaskets, and Gothic wrought iron pedestals which have been gilded. While there are small chips to the heavy glass bases, there are no other damages or problems, and each base is signed “Evans” in the artist’s hand. Slightly ecclesiastical in design, and substantially made, the candlesticks will make a statement where ever they are placed, and are offered with out reserve.
