Design: A coastal-inspired sculptural base shaped like a large conch shell with textured details. Material & Color: Ceramic construction with a blush pink or peach colored glaze, characteristic of mid-century coastal decor. Functionality: Includes a brass-finish lamp harp and socket, intended for use with a lampshade (not pictured). Collectibility: Similar pieces are often attributed to McCoy Pottery and are valued for their vibrant pastel colors and relief patterns. 19.25″T × 10 1/2″D x 10 1/2W. All pieces including the finial. Item does have a chip as seen in the photo. That is the only known issue outside of item aging. It could be fixed but I don’t alter items. Nor do I possess that skill. In 1947, he embarked on a new artistic direction, focusing on expressionist sculpture that would become synonymous with his name.
