Eclectic table lamp “Athena”, a patented design created by Georgia Jacob in the 80s. In the rare and more difficult to find green color. Athena is one of the versions in the series Coqueluche and Ophelie lamps. It comes with the iconic draped lampshade that creates a beautiful and warm ambient glow. In conjunction with the marble base, the light green color lampshade made of resin to look like fabric (it even has a linen-like texture) adds vintage charm and elegance to any room. It is in good condition, a French vintage piece, with some signs of age (see photos. Some scuffs, some discoloration) but overall still lovely and very clean. The switch is located on the cable, it works with a small screw-in bulb (not included). When lit, it diffuses a very soft, subdued light. Athena lamp appears in contemporary art and music, like the video of the song “Un jour je marierai un ange” by Pierre de Maere 2022. Welcome to Avanti Galleries!! Here is a Rare Frederick Cooper Mid Century Modern UFO Satalite Steel Table Lamp Post Modernist. 22 in tall the shadw is 18in in diameter, the base is 8 in diameter. The shade is high polished steel mirror shine. They do not make things like this anymore I know people say that alot this one is really freakin cool 1969- early 70s. It was well cared for and works great shows very nice no rust! Of course becuase it’s stainless steel. This lamp with style up your console table, hall table, home office, bar etc etc. GORGEOUS lamp this is a life keeper will only increase in value over time.

This is for a pair of rare vintage post modern Harry Bertoia era exlarge chrome hanging Planters. Chrome, Chrome Plated metal or steel. Actual age or maker unknown. These are from a large high end estate sale. True vintage post modern pieces. This is what we can tell you. Appx heights between 11 7/8 to 11.75 inches. The total top diameters are appx 16 5/8 to 16.75 inches. The actual opening is of appx 16 1/8 to 16.25 inches. The bottom decorative round areas have a appx diameters of 6 inches or circumference of 18 inches and 17.25 inches. One seems to be slightly larger than other. They each have older large loop chains. 3 sections on each. One also has a old large hang hook. There were also 4 small S type hooks that were on the top rims of planters. Sending all, as were with planters. Total heights as they are, if they were hanging, are appx 35 inches(with large hang hook) and the other is 32.75 to maybe 33 inches(no hook) Condition of items. These are not as they were when they were brought to us. 3/4 of the chrome surfaces were extremely heavily covered and corroded. See photos of areas left to clean vs areas that have been cleaned. Obvious years and years of use. We did spend about 20 mins altogether on each soaking in hot water, vinegar and baking soda Then using a SOS pad to scrub. This was done to see if they could be cleaned up at all. The little time we did spend brought back the original chrome finish wonderfully. Remaining will take some soaking time and elbow grease on buyers half. We personally feel they would continue to clean up. Of course, we absolutely cannot gaurentee but most of the other areas looked the same. Use what you choose as there are specific cleaning chemicals for chrome or the old fashion DIY home suggestions for chrome finishes. We are not cleaning any items further. This was done to see if pieces could be brought back to life. These will sell as is. We have shown areas cleaned and remaining areas to be cleaned. Hanging art by themselves. Vintage iGuzzini pendant lamp Art 3111. One main lampshade made of heat resistant clear plastic with a large steel bulb housing lacquered bright red. There is a coned ceiling rose made of plastic. The lamp is in very good / good condition and in full working order. The lamp takes one E27 bulb. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. The item can be used with 110-230v supplies. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. However, we will always indicate any noticeable defects.
