Lamp is in good pre owned condition with moderate signs of cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, wear to finish and paint chipping. Please look at and enlarge all photos. All screws are intact, though they may not be original. Lamp100% tested and working, but may have had replaced parts/pieces as I do know the full history. The glass protection piece seen pictured has no physical damage. Two prong 120 v plug type. Beautifully sculptural lamp which smoothly adjusts to infinite positions. Articulated arms pivot on its conical base. 3 light intensity settings. Matte black finish / Polycarbonate construction. Cone base diameter: 4.5. Height at base/arm juncture: 13-15. Arm fully extended: 38. Height of light fully extended: 27.

Rare Vintage Italiana Luce Tabla Table Lamp Mario Barbaglia Marco Colombo Italy. A few notes about this piece. Excellent vintage condition, there are expected scuffs and scratches, but nothing major. Tested and working, goes through all three brightness settings upward and downward. Appears to have been rewired at some point as the cord and plug look newer than other Tabla lamps I’ve come across. Set screw that secures arm to base is missing, but this does not affect function. The lamp should always be carried from the base anyway whether the set screw is present or not. This lamp separates into two pieces which you can view in the last image. Reassembly is simple, just plug the arm back in to the base. This lamp is in great vintage condition, it has a few scuffs and scratches on the base as any vintage piece would. Also appears to have been rewired at some point since the plug appears newer than other tablas I’ve seen. A rare large 1950s 60s Mid Century Modern pendant lamp. This classic Modernist cylindrical shaped brushed aluminum downlight with it’s beautiful clean, simple, minimalist lines is found in the best examples of Mid Century Modern architecture like the case study houses in Los Angeles and numerous Mid Century houses in Palm Springs. It has a long thin metal stem and original ceiling cap is included. The interior is done in chrome metal. It holds one regular size bulb. Original paper label on the inside : Marco Marvin Electric Mfg. It carries an older Underwriters Laboratories certification label. (the “UL” marking indicates approval by Underwriters Laboratories). As this is an older label, the lamp can be dated between the 1950s, 60s. Below is a quote from an add where Marco light designs were used in case study house no. 25 in Los Angeles. In good vintage condition, No dents, minor wear, minor surface scratches but this doesn’t detract from it’s beauty. Tall including stem : 26 (66 cm). Diameter width across: 6 (15 cm). Pendant tall : 11 1/2 (29 cm). Stem tall : 14 (35 1/2 cm). MARCO Marvin Electric MFG. Quote from a MARCO add in Architectural magazine in 1962 for Case study house no. The finest in Architectural design. The case study house no. 25 designed by architects Killingsworth, Brady, Smiths and associates included Marco recessed lighting to achieve the lighting effect so important to the interior.
