An ottoman designed by Jens Risom for Knoll Associates in the early 1940’s This scarce survivor was probably made circa 1948-52 as indicated by the early Knoll label. The wooden frame is solid and has not been refinished. The tape seat is worn and discolored but still useable. A real collector’s piece in very good original condition. Vintage 1950’s Verner Panton Danish Mid Century Modern chairs, I have about 20 of these chairs in realitively good condition. These are from the 1950 and are true steel chairs, not plated steel. From obvious marks and indications, these chairs seemed to be painted white. There is minor minor pitting if not none at all. I can send you more pictures if needed. These chairs are very very hard to find and don’t come across them often. I ove the design and how they look similar to his paintings. Also these chairs were pre-powder coating so if you have a wire brush attachment, a drill and some paint you can refinish these chairs. Ill be slowly refinishing a set myself. Ill let you know if i come into any troubles. Price is for 2 chairs only. Either through greyhound: station to station or station to door if available. All the welds are solid and are not damaged. I may try and fix these if I have the time. Again these are the true steel design. Listed for sale is an all original Isamu Noguchi for Knoll Associates / Knoll International cyclone dining table. The is an early original example by renowned sculptor Isamu Noguchi. It features a heavy cast-iron base with nicely patinad wire used for the base construction and clear white laminate top. It measures 36 inches in diameter with a height of 28.5 inches. The table is marked with the original Knoll label. Top is in excellent condition. Metal parts are all original. Base is exceptionally solid.
