Rare Hard to find Solid Walnut Nesting Table Set (3 tables) made by Poul Jeppesen Imported from Denmark. Smallest table is labeled underneath with a sticker that says’P. Jeppesen Mobelfabrik Store Heddinge. Also has a branded PJ in a circle, Made in Denmark branding, and a black label with Danish Furniture Makers Control circle. Poul Jeppesen was a furniture maker of quality pieces in Denmark between the 1940’s and 1960’s. He produced the designs of Grete Jalk and Ole Wanscher, in addition to many lesser known designers. These tables are a Grete Jalk design that were made in several different options. Teak with formica tops. There tables are solid walnut, of beautiful craftmanship. Dating from the 1960’s, they are in wonderful condition with some marks from use over the past 55 years, patina as called in the furniture industry. The tables have tracks in the sides for the smaller ones to slide in place. The smallest table is slightly lighter in color, but is solid walnut and an original delivered that way! We have the original receipt and furniture catalog for these when they were ordered from Denmark. Copies will be included with the tables. Lg 22.25″ L x 14.5″ W x 19.5 H. This wood box, a fine piece of art made by Kay Bojesen, also serves a utilitarian purpose as a string dispenser. It has a small, cream colored plastic opening for the string. Please see photos for details. Condition: The bottom of the box should open for the replacement of the string but it is stuck closed, I do not want to force it. Rare Dansk Pepper Mill / Salt Shaker by Jens Quistgaard Denmark IHQ. An early variant with the metal mechanism, dates to the 1960s. This is one of the rarest of the teak peppermills. In excellent damage free condition, shows light wear from age and use, I have not cleaned it, I have done nothing to it. It still has salt in it, I have not attempted to take it apart. DESCRIPTION: We are very pleased to offer for sale three, beautiful Mid Century Danish modern pendant lights. This great lotus/flower acrylic lamp was designed /manufactured, by the Hoyrup company of Denmark, and was imported in montreal by the Danesco company. It is made of 8 rows of 5 acrylic/plastic leaves, that sit/attach to the round plastic piece in the middle. Each leaves are identified from one to five, with little holes on the side… One hole for the #1 and five holes for the #5. Measurements: approximately 15″ inches in diameter/wide, and 12″ inches in height. Condition: This great vintage danish modern pendant light, is in very good condition and works perfectly.
