1960s Numbered Wooden serving Trays. The different sizes, the larges has had some use but the others don’t seem to have ever been used. From the Taverneau Collection Designed by Arthur Umanoff-hand carved and hand finished in Haiti from rare Hatian wood. The rattan handle is tight and in good condition, the wood grain is beautiful. Sticker on back complete with information, number, maker and description of tray. “Made in Haiti” is stamped on back.

THIS GEORGES BRIARD RARE VINTAGE 1960’S MID CENTURY MODERN HAND PAINTED EXTRA LARGE DECORATIVE METAL TRAY IS AN INCREDIBLY SPECIAL AND UNIQUE PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION. THE ROUND DECORATIVE TRAY IS MADE OF METAL IN THE 1960’S BY THE DESIGNER GEORGES BRIARD. IT FEATURES A GORGEOUS HAND PAINTED MODERNIST STYLE PINEAPPLE AND ABSTRACT FRUIT DESIGN PATTERN DETAILS IN A BEAUTIFUL VARIEGATED MULTICOLOR PALETTE, WITH A HAND APPLIED BURNISHED GOLD LEAF FINISH. THE TRAY IS HAND SIGNED BY THE DESIGNER GEORGES BRIARD ON THE TRAY FRONT LOWER RIGHT. THIS IS AN EXQUISITE EXAMPLE OF MID CENTURY MODERNIST DECORATIVE ARTS DESIGN AT IT BEST. This is a rare orange tole metal floor lamp with gold trim. It is in good overall condition with some minor wear, including some small bends/dings to the tray and to the shade. There is light surface wear as well. It is missing one of the screws that holds the white shade in place (doesn’t affect the functionality). Lamp works just fine.
