Coolie lampshade is made of woven cream coloured fabric with a plastic inner shade. Steel stem painted in matt black paint. The stem has a pivot joint and a lever to adjust the angle of the shade. There is one plastic bulb socket. There is a square base made of pine wood with a pine stem. The stem can be moved up and down the pine stem. Original inline switch is placed on the cord. The lamp is in very good condition and in full working order. It has been rewired and earthed, it takes one e27 bulb. Some small cracks on the plastic inner shade (please see picture). This item can be used with 110-240v supplies. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. However, we will always indicate any noticeable defects. Height: 65-70cm/26.6-27.5. For sale is a set of four Josef Hoffmann 6010 chairs, designed by Josef Hoffmann and Oswald Haerdtl in 1929. Made in Poland in the latter half of the 20th century. The chairs are made of dark stained beech with vinyl seats. The chairs are in wonderful shape. They have small scuffs and marks but no damage. The vinyl seats have some signs of use. Identical to a set of chairs offered on Incollect by Fredric Bernstein gallery. Feel free to ask questions.
