Classy Mid-Century Modern Brass Tole Leaves & Teak Table Lamp w/ Original Shade. Lovely design perfect for a Danish Modern / Mid-century decor scheme. 1950’s – 1960’s. The brass tole leaves and frame are bright and shiny. The teak stem and fiberglass shade have no damage. There is a stain on the back of the shade along the seam that is completely out of view. 15″ x 9½” x 9½” Shade: 10″ x 5″ x 5″. D E S C R I P T I O N. This beautiful classy mid-century table / desk lamp is a great example of classic mid-century modernism. The lamp measures 15″ high and 9½” in diameter. The shade is 10″ high and 5″ in diameter. The lamp has a brass metal cylindrical frame that is decorated with 16 beautiful brass tole leaves, 2 on each of the 8 evenly spaced vertical bars along the lamp. It has a short teak stem and a shiny brass tone base. It also has a white cylindrical fiberglass shade that fits inside the lamp frame (see pics). It works great and when lit produces nice soft lighting ideal for your end table, desk or favorite mid-century / danish modern table. The brass tole leaves reflect the soft lighting perfectly. The lamp is in terrific condition. The brass tole leaves and frame are bright and shiny with minimal wear. The teak stem is glossy with no cracks, breaks, dents, or scratches. The brass tone base is also super shiny with only an extremely minor amount of wear. The fiberglass shade is very solid and is free of rips and tears. There is a stain on the back of the shade along the seam caused by old glue (not a burn mark) which is completely out of view (see pics). The electrical cord is perfect and there is a chain with a big brass ball on the end that you pull to turn the lamp on & off (see 9th photo). The lamp has a green felt on the undersideand is ready to be used. Electricity is a standard 120 volt compatible with all U. And Canada wall power. Please view all of the pictures to see condition. This simple, yet elegant and classic mid-century lamp in such nice condition is the perfect accent for any table. Lovely design perfect for a Danish Modern / Mid-century décor scheme. This vintage mid-century modern pendant lamp is a rare find for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Super cool looking table lamp. I think it’s 1960, made in Japan, then what do i know? I do know that i could not find another like that. It’s made of hard plastic or bakelite type of material in Japanese MCM style. Lady is made of porcelain and very nicely detailed. The layers of paint which is obviously handpainted by artist whos signature is on the bottom of figuriene, is missing in some spots, including face and top of the head, still lovely and all authentic without any touch ups. The shade is held by nice original top piece. Electrical cord is super long: at least 12 feet long! Turn knob work good. Base has a squere holder for something? Could be a place for incense or ink/pen holder? 26″ x 11″x 11 with shade.

Vintage rare mid century modern waterfall floor lamp attributed to Laurel Lighting Co. The body is a slender shaft of teak the flows out to a metal silvery toned base. It is beautiful and graceful in form and in good condition. Original cord and plug, both seem to be in good shape and the lamp is working. It stands 53.5″ tall to the top of the finial and the base is 11.5″ diameter.
