Vintage 1950s/1960s Cannon Royal Family bath towel set from the very collectible Seven Seas collection. X4 Bath Towels (42″x24″) – 2 with Cannon Tag still intact, 2 with tag cut-off. X2 Hand Towels (15″x26″) – both with Cannon Tag. X2 Wash Cloths (12″x11″) – 1 with Cannon Tag still intact, 1 with tag cut-off. Photos show front and backsides of all towels. Only one towel has stain/binding fray issues and it is noted in the photos above (I did not try to get the stain out, and the stain is on the backside of the towel). All other towels are in excellent vintage condition with no stains, holes, notable frays, etc. Really sharp set of towels that were used very minimally. Ave been in storage for decades, but stored nicely so there are no permanent creases. Also no mothball smell or other musty/storage smells. Come from a pet-free and non-smoking home. Charles Eames Lounge Chair 670 – Rare Original 1959 Herman Miller in Good Condition. Listed for sale is a remarkably well-preserved first edition 1959 Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair. With gorgeous 5 ply Brazilian rosewood panels, rubber shock mounts, three arm screws, silver round disc clips, and down-filled cushions, this example is in good original condition. Famously described as a special refuge from the strains of modern living, the iconic Eames Lounge Chair is one of the most significant designs of the 20th century. Unparalleled craftsmanship and rigorous attention to detail made it a fixture in homes across the world. Attached is a 1959 photo of the lounge chair in the newly completed house, designed by my father, that I now live in. The shell and cushions show some wear and imperfections as is typical for chairs of this vintage. The curved rosewood plywood shells have five layers and do not show any chips or damage. Brazilian rosewood (Dalbergia Nigra) veneer manufacturing was discontinued in 1990, due to harvesting restrictions species protection. Has original circular silver cushion clips. The die-cast aluminum posts, base and parts are in nice condition and shine appropriately. Original black paint on metal parts is intact. Metal armrest struts have three black screws (thus pre-1971). There are minor cosmetic scratches on the aluminum backrest posts and outer plywood shell. The original’Patent Pending’ paper label is still affixed to the bottom of chair (see photo). HM foil label fell off and was misplaced. Original rubber shock mounts are in great shape (one failed armrest shock mount was replaced in 1987 by a Herman Miller dealer). There are some scratches on the leather armrest cushions. The bottom seat cushion black leather was also replaced at that time due to extensive wear, but the plastic backing is original. One grommet on the seat was separated from the plastic backing and was repaired. Can send more photos upon request. Decide whether you prefer patina or refurbishment. Rare Green Vintage Majestic Lamp With Fiberglass Shade Large 50s Retro. A very cool very large majestic lamp in a very cool color way the shades are in incredible shape and the colors are fantastic. The base is black but looks to have a green accent its very cool looking the whole lamp is really great I dont want to sell it but I really never use it. Everything is functional its in fantastic shape the only thing I see is at the bottom of the lamp there is a metal bracket that has a small crack this does not affect anything its very small and cosmetic, knob works well. Majestic lamp 30 inches tall 28 wide 13 inches wide is the base 4 1/2 inches deep. Lampshade 14 inches wide all the way around. Coolest and rarest MCM CHAIRS E V E R! These c hairs may have been special order prototype built by Juhl, or Wegner (attributed). You can see echoes of Juhl’s “V” brace, and. Grasshopper slant with petal seat in chair. Regardless, these chairs are certainly very special, rare, and in primo condition. Not only do they look spectacular, but they are also stackable, which is another amazing. See pics for complete details. Excellent condition with no cracked wood or repairs. Seat has been newly reupholstered, but original color was white, and still under new upholstery. Seat seems extra wide with triangular, petal shape. You’ll never see another one so don’t miss out.
