Vintage RARE MCM Adrian Pearsall Chaise Lounge for Craft Associates Model 1828-C – Unrestored. Measures about 31″ high x 40″ wide x 60 long. This estate rescue is perfect for your mid-century room or your Adrian Pearsall collection! It’s original and unrestored so can be used as-is or can be restored to meet your needs. This chaise lounge chair screams 1960s and still has it’s original matching head rest pillow that drapes over the back with weighted tabs. The legs are walnut and screw in for moving, storage, or packing. This is a true-vintage piece in better than expected condition. Pre-owned and showing minor and expected signs of use, wear, and age. This lounge chair is ALL ORIGINAL and remains unrestored. The fabric is worn on one button and shows a small damaged area on the seam along the right side (see the last two pictures). There are a few slightly worn areas on the back/bottom of the chair that are too hard to photograph. Read the condition description and see the pictures! Rare Vintage Mid Century Modern VLADIMIR KAGAN. Acrylic Lucite Love Seat or Settee. Offered is a Mid Century Modern Lucite love seat or settee by Vladimir Kagan. This true vintage decorator piece hails from the 1960’s-1970s. The upholstery, in a bright impressionist art color palette, provides a striking contrast to the Lucite, while complimenting it nicely. Included are two matching throw pillows! Designed by Kagan for Weiman and Warren Lloyd, this piece boasts large slabs of Lucite on either side, which forms arms that fluidly curve downward transcending into sturdy legs. The Lucite is fast. Ened with large round flat brass toned, modernist hardware that adds superb interest. Approximate Dimensions of Love Seat/Settee. 39-5/8 Wide (Across the Front). 32 Deep (From the Back of the Arm to the Front of the Cushion). 30 High (From Top of the Back to Floor). 13-1/4 High (From Seat to Floor without Bottom Cushion). 17-1/4 High (From Seat to Floor with the Bottom Cushion). Approximate Dimensions of Matching Throw Pillows. 17-1/2 in Diameter (Round Cushion). 22″ x 15-1/2″ (Rectangular Cushion). The bright impressionist art palette. Upholstery is in good vintage condition. You may clean it if you like or easily change it to a fabric of your choosing. The Lucite has some crackles and crazing throughout, as well as some scratches and minor nicks, all commensurate with vintage age and use (See super MAGNIFIED photos 10, 11, and 12). Much of this could possibly be carefully buffed out if you desire! The brass hardware has some wear, tarnish and patina, also commensurate with age and use, that could be cleaned/polished. This is a beautiful and pretty rare room divider from the 1950’s thru 60’s. One prior owner before we obtained it. Kept in very good condition with no damages noted aside from some minor signs of general wear from age. We believe it is teak and it is very heavy. As you can see it has two metal “feet” which were previously placed into two holes in the floor to keep it in place by the original owner. Prior owner had a smoke free and pet free home so there are no signs of yellowing or claw marks from animals. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASING.
