Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage abstract face sculptural table lamp. Circa’50s /’60s. The lamp has a standard rotary knob switch located at the socket. It is inscribed “Heifetz” along the back edge of the lamp where the electrical cord emerges from the base (see photo). No shade present – that’ll be left up to the winning purchaser to provide on their own. This lamp is a definite statement piece that’ll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting! The lamp stands approx. 19.5 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket). The wood base measures approx. 16.75″ tall x 8.25″ wide x 5.25 deep. The abstract face measures approx. 9″ tall x 5.5″ wide. Condition: Given its age, the lamp is in very good condition – there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. There is some minor paint loss in spots on the abstract face (see photos) – they can be easily touched up, or just left alone. We chose to leave it in the condition in which it was acquired. The biomorphic base shows some color wear, and there are spots where it looks like it may have come into contact with moisture. It can easily be restained, or again, just left alone. In our opinion, it does not interfere with the overall display of the lamp. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is b. All sales are final. PAIR OF VINTAGE TEXTURED ENAMEL FISH BOOKENDS BY ROBERT WUERSCH. Mid-Century Modern pair of decorative fish bookends designed by Robert Wuersch Associates c. 1960 This set features contrasting tones of gold, black, and white in a textured metal enamel finish. Equipped with cork bases to protect tabletop surfaces and non-slip support. Perfect to display with any modern or contemporary decor. Price is for the pair. 4.88? W, 4.5? D, 4.38? H. They were reportedly recognized for having commissioning leading artists for designs used on their enamelware. These enamel on copper bookends are decorated with stylized Fish Gold black and white, colors. The bookends are in good preowned condition Please reference Photos for details minor damage. One has a small chip on the upper edge and a nick on the bottom corner the other has 2 very small nick on the bottom edge and tiny nick on the upper edge. They are a rare find the small damage is hard to see while on display you need to look very close.

Rare – I can not find another example. To that end, I suspect this wasn’t for dealers, but likely was for C-Level Executives of the time period. Appears to be 1950s given the hints of Mid Century Modern Flare. Made of Solid American Walnuet by Lasercraft mated to some lower, metal, feet. Approximately: 5.25″ W x 4 5/8″ T x 1 5/8 Thick. An exceptionally rare, early, piece of Toyota history.
