Great looking privacy screen made by Artek, Finland. The design is by Alvar Aalto. It is made of pine with a clear coat finish. It measures 78.5″ in length and 59.125″ high. The individual pieces are approximately 3/4″ wide x 1″ long. The screen is in excellent vintage condition. There is one “repair” to an end strip that is a gouge to the wood that was amateurishly fixed wit wood putty. There are a few minor scrapes and a few specks of paint. We have for sale this set of four stunning Mid-Century Modern Chromcraft 1960’s dining/kitchen chairs. Each chair boasts its original high quality, thick vinyl upholstery, unaltered, without tears or repairs and in overall excellent condition—2 in a beautiful rich blue and 2 in a warm burnt orange. A delightfully eye catching combination. One of the burnt orange chairs has 2 very small slight imperfections on the seat (see photo). The chrome tubular frames are solid and in overall excellent condition (please see photos which were taken outside in daylight) with wear consistent with age/possibility of some minor scattered surface pit marks. The chairs are very comfortable and they hug the ground with their really sturdy footprint. Each chair measures approximately: 30.75″ high x 20″ wide x 21″ deep; the seats measure approximately: 16″ high x 19.75″ wide x 18.75″ deep.
