Vintage 1950s French table / wall lamp. The lampshade is made of aluminium lacquered black on the outside and white on the inside with a brass decorative screw and plate. There is bent stem fitted with a brass ball joint to allow the shade to adjust. The central stem fitted is with V shaped legs. The metal stem and legs are lacquered black. The switch is placed on the cord. The lamp can be used as a wall lamp and hung from loop situated under the stem. The lamp is in very good / excellent condition and in full working order. The lamp takes one ES E27 bulb. It has its original wiring and press switch. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. Can be used with 110-230v supplies. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. Up for sale is a vintage HM Eames PSC. PSC-pivoting sideshell cast aluminum base. The base shows some signs of wear with paint chipping. Still pivots and from doing research is dated somewhere in the late 50s. Not sure the date of the chair, but does not have the raised HM logo. The chair is orange in color and is marked Zenith Prime. The chair also shows signs of wear with a small crack and wear around edging. The price includes base and shell.
