This work appears to depict a very abstracted Manila seascape at dusk, with expressionist brush strokes and very thick impasto against a deep blue field. Signed, notated, and dated in the lower right corner: L. I could find little to no biographical information on this artist, but perhaps you know more about them or their work? Less than a handful of this painter’s works have ever been offered for sale. Approximately 24 x 36 inches. Good condition, with some light scuffing and edge wear, and one small and virtually unnoticeable puncture to the canvas please see photos.
