A very good quality rare English solid sterling silver candle holder box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1961 with the makers marks being partially rubbed. It has been superbly made having an engine turned exterior and flame finial. The inner silver tube has been internally gilded. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures 4 inches (10cms) tall by 1.25 inches across and weighs 62 grams (excluding the candle). A super quality rare piece.
