Vintage Bill Curry Design Line pedestal lamp. This is a rarer design. Perfect for uplighting / illuminating sculptures, objects. Measures 24″ h x 10.25″ w x 10.25 d. Overall good vintage condition. Base has some scuffs, scratches and two or three small chips (see photos for examples). Some faint spotting visible on the base upon close inspecting. Glass cover / shade is free of chips or cracks. Pedestal looks very good placed and illuminated. Lamp switches on and off as it should. Wiring is old and should be switched out in the near future for safety. Item will be packed with care.
Found this cleaning out an old house on an island, most likely a sea captain’s home from late 1800s. Possibly a Czech “MICHAEL POWOLNY” or mid-century, made of Wrought Iron with yellow glass cylinders. It is in very good condition, approximately 18 inches tall x 10 Wide, and have no makers marks or labels. This is a gorgeous planter and very impressive and has no damage, making it a valuable addition to any collection. Please view all photos along with reading this description.
