This is a handcrafted Vintage Mid Century Modern 41″ x 26″ Brass Coffee table with folding legs. These tables were made in the mid 1900s. Some came out of Morocco and Turkey, this one most likely form India. This piece is RARE in that the design is perforated as well as hand chiseled and hammered w. Ith exquisite floral and geometric designs and pie crust edging. I’ve yet to find any other examples with the design cut out like this one. In addition, I’ve only found one other with the carvings in the legs. The table has a nice patina around the edges. The center was only cleaned up for the pictures, not polished to the full extent. The legs are sturdy and have been refinished. The hinges seem to be in good order but are aging. When the table is set on the legs it stands firm. This table can also be hung on a wall. Pleas look at the pictures carefully and message me with any specific questions before purchasing. This is for a very rare mid century tension room divider that is complete. As anything vintage there is normal normal wear but the overall condition of this item is good. Here are some of the features that this unique item has. First like I said everything is complete. All tension parts are there and functioning properly shelves sit flat and the smaller ones are adjustable they can move however you like left or right. All shelves are clean no major stains only minor wear as you can see from the photos. Both bulbs unscrew and screw in easily, the bulbs overall are in good condition some of the print is faded on the glassware as you can see whats nice is its easy to find replacements I just never did so almost all lights will screw into this fixture the only issue the is one of the glass domes has a very small chip on the bottom but you do not see this because of the length also the bottom curves in hiding that. By the lights is a gold brass curl one of those curls moves easily which is no big deal just stating it and there is a Cap that goes in front of it which is missing again very cosmetic and really takes nothing away from the lamp. Its very small and cosmetic just stating it for a full description. All the wiring is soft has been tested and has no issues lite one or two bulbs. Tension rods movies elite once this is up it is very sturdy. I only used this for a little while I live in the city in my apartment has very tall ceilings very tall this works in most homes and has some good height to it. Taller than most tension lamps I have owned a ton of them and this one stands a little taller than most. Here are all the dimensions. Tension light fixture 97 inches tall Long shelf on bottom is 11 1/2 inches wide 3 feet long small shelf 15 1/2 inches long 11 1/2 wide. Light fixtures 1 foot mom 4 inches wide. Mid Century Modernist Chess Set. This gorgeous and unique chess set is very rare. This beautiful set is made from what I believe to be brass and steel. The tops of the rooks, bishops, knights, king, and queen screw into the bases of the pieces. Hey are quite heavy with the kings and queens weighing in around 2.5 oz. The kings are just shy of 2 in height. The pieces are displayed on 1.5 squares, which I think makes a perfect pair (board for display only and not included). A beautiful original 60’s lamp by Italian designer Offredo Regiani for the Clover lamp company. This lamp is extremely sturdy and well made and designed, with a base of cast iron. It has only some minor vintage wear in a couple of spots that could be polished up if that is your preference. Measures 40″ tall with globes and has a 7.25″ square base. I have attached a photo of the lamp with color changing bulbs as well, which is a fun idea for parties. You can turn on 2 bulbs at a time or all 4.
