Ultra Rare’Scuda’ Fabric Wall Panel, 1960s/70sPlease note: this two piece fabric wall panel is circa 50 years old. It shows very well but has some staining as pictured (encircled with green). It has always been like that since we bought it. Acquired more than 30 years ago in New York City. I have never seen this version before. Product is as pictured and as described. The dimensions of the panels are as follows. Large panel: 36 x 18 x 0.8 inches. Small panel: 18 x 18 x 0.8 inches. This is an original Scuda fabric wall panel from the 60s/70s.
This listing is for a set of 8 traditional Christmas carol silkscreen on linen prints by Robert Darr Wert. The linen is lightweight. Measurements: about 9″ in length and about 6.5″wide. The prints are all in excellent condition. There is an area with on the side of one with small flecks that look like a natural occurrence in the linen. No odor and coming from a smoke free environment. Please examine all photos carefully. About the artist, taken from the Facebook page Robert Darr Wert & Country Prints. Located in a converted barn studio in rural Gill, Massachusetts, Wert employed his family, friends and neighbors, and his work was distributed coast to coast in small shops and department stores alike.
A really rare sculpture of a monkey in ceramic designed by Gunnar Nylund at Rörstrand with a lovely glaze. It is 21 x 14 cm (8,4″ x 5,6) and 16 cm (6,4″) high. It is in mint condition and comes with the original wooden base. Gunnar Nylund was born in Paris 1904 with parents who worked as sculptors and designer so he really soon started hos own career as designer for the Danish brand Bing & Grondahl where he worked until 1928. After that he together with Nathalie Krebs established the ceramics workshop Saxbo in Denmark. In 1931, Gunnar Nylund was then asked to start working for Rörstrand in Lidköping, Sweden. He worked there until 1955, most of the time as artistic director. After Gunnar Nylund Carl-Harry StĂ¥lhane became the artistic director for Rörstrand. Gunnar Nylund freelanced for Rörstrand for many years after 1955.
