Ultra Rare 1950s Mid Century Modern LIGHTOLIER ATOMIC TRIPOD BRASS LAMP GERALD THURSTON RARE. It measures 26″ High and the Shade is 16″ Diameter. It’s all original (including, shade and sockets and wiring) and works well – 3 light switch option – only 1 bulb, only 2 or all 3 – as demonstrated on photos. However, rewiring is strongly recommended. Shade shows wear – see close up photos. The diffuser has burns from light bulbs (from someone placing it upside down in the past) – photo 9. Original, Authentic Selig of Monroe set of Mid-Century Modern Chairs. These are an extremely rare find. These chairs belonged to a late family member. I know they were kept in her basement and rarely sat in since around the late 1940’s or early 1950’s. They are very sound structurally but do have slight rips located on the corners of each arm (pictured). The legs are all intact and original. They have nicks and marks but no major damage. 31.5″ deep 29″ wide 33.5 height. 28″ deep 28″ wide 28 height. I have not had them professionally cleaned but that should also make the exotic pattern pop even more. I would definitely keep them but my significant other is forcing me to sell. Rare Large TRIPOD IRON BULLET PLANTER MID CENTURY Retro Ceramic MCCOBB 50s. This is a very unique tripod planter with a ceramic top. This thing is very durable and it looks amazing as you can see from the photos Ive been collecting for a very long time and I havent seen one of these before. The overall condition of this island is fantastic the base is extremely clean the planter has no issues the top looks amazing and so does the inside. The only issue and there is a photo of it there is a very very small chip on the bottom of the planter by the foot but it does blend in to the feet it is hard to notice and when displayed you never do. I love the texture outside of the planter and the inside paint is fantastic. This measures from base to floor 22 inches tall the legs by them self measure 20 1/2 inches tall and roughly about 9 inches wide after 11 inches wide on the bottom the planter its self is cone shaped it measures about a foot wide in Stans 9 inches tall it fits extremely well on the base. This is a scarce piece! Classic atomic V design, shelf measures 27 inches tall, 18 inches wide. The top shelf is 12 inches deep, the bottom two shelves are 8.5 inches deep and designed for standard size books. This is a vintage piece and is in solid condition. One of the rods on the top shelf has a small amount of give to it but all pieces are welded and holding well. The rubber feet on the base are original. There is some rubbing to the brass finish and quite a bit of oxidation and pitting, see photos for examples. This shelf is nearly 70 years old so please do not expect a new item.
