This item offered to you by SW Modern consists of a pair of Herman Miller? Eames aluminum group lounge chairs. The items are in original condition with some patina and tarnish to the metal. Please see additional notes above – would benefit from having screws/bolts tightened but appears to be done from underneath pads. Measurements are as follows. Overall height at top of back 39 inches. Width of back is 26 inches at widest point. Seat height is approx 18 inches. Seat depth is 19.5 inches. Width at armrests is 37 inches but gap of seat is approximately 19 inches. Authentication Details & Period Determinations (1960). Original 5 Layer Ply Construction – Shown in Ad Photos. “Domes of Silence” boot glides for the feet of both Eames Chair & Ottoman Shown in Ad Photos. Silver circular cushion clips Shown in Ad Photos. 100% Goose Down cushion filling. Two (2) screws to armrests Shown in Ad Photos. Gun stock oil finish. Die Cast Aluminum Legs w/rounded ends. Silver Circular “M” (Herman Miller) Medallions on both Eames Chair & Ottoman. Pictures of Chair in it’s original condition prior to restoration available per request. Chair: 32.75″ wide, 32.75″ deep, 32 high. Ottoman: 26″ wide, 21.5″ deep, 16.25 high. Both pieces are show-pieces in my home and are strictly for decor; I do not use them. I acquired these pieces from an elderly client of mine who was the original owner of this Eames Chair & matching Ottoman. I had them professionally restored in 2019, while still preserving all of the chair’s original patina & parts. Restoration of all cushions & armrests included preserving original 1960’s hard-shell backing, original zippers and original attachment hardware; only the cracked leather was replaced & all cushions were re-packed w/goose down feathers. Excellent pair of rare lounge chairs designed by Bent Moller Jepson for Simo, Denmark 1950’s. Very unique cube design with subtle angles, teak “paw” armrests and tapered legs, in contrasting brown upholstery and ivory cushions. One chair retains label to underside. In overall excellent condition for age with minor wear from use. One leg on one chair has a shallow chip at bottom, otherwise no issues. The brown upholstery is original, seat cushions are new foam and fabric. Estimates: East coast 1-2 weeks, West coast 2-4 weeks. Vintage RARE MCM Adrian Pearsall Chaise Lounge for Craft Associates Model 1828-C – Unrestored. Measures about 31″ high x 40″ wide x 60 long. This estate rescue is perfect for your mid-century room or your Adrian Pearsall collection! It’s original and unrestored so can be used as-is or can be restored to meet your needs. This chaise lounge chair screams 1960s and still has it’s original matching head rest pillow that drapes over the back with weighted tabs. The legs are walnut and screw in for moving, storage, or packing. This is a true-vintage piece in better than expected condition. Pre-owned and showing minor and expected signs of use, wear, and age. This lounge chair is ALL ORIGINAL and remains unrestored. The fabric is worn on one button and shows a small damaged area on the seam along the right side (see the last two pictures). There are a few slightly worn areas on the back/bottom of the chair that are too hard to photograph. Read the condition description and see the pictures!
