Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage fiberglass tray manufactured by Boltabest. Not certain if this is a George Nelson design. The surface is in black and white, and it features abstract shapes throughout (see photos). The underside of the tray is brown, and it has the Boltabest logo embossed on the back (again, see photos). We’ve seen plenty of these trays over the years, but we’ve never run across this particular design. It’ll be a nice addition to any modern interior setting. 20.25″ wide x 15″ deep. Condition: The tray is in good condition, but not perfect. There are light superficial scratches over the top surface; however, it still displays nicely. The corners of the tray show some discoloration. We have not done anything in an attempt to clean or treat the tray to see if they’d come out, so we’re uncertain whether they will or not. The brown underside of the tray shows some scratching as well from previous surfaces that it has come into contact with over the years. There’s also some white discoloration on the underside – again, we haven’t cleaned the tray – these may or may not come out. All sales are final.
