This fun vintage ivory BASKETWEAVE raffia purse will surely be a perfect evening accessory. It was made during the 1950s and is covered with straw/raffia woven in a basketweave pattern. It is a generous size with a metal & bamboo handle and clasp. The interior is lined with ivory cotton and contains a small open side pocket. A cloth label with the “Dayne Taylor” logo and “Made in Japan” is sewn on the pocket. The bottom contains 4 metal feet. It is in excellent vintage condition and the body of the bag is free of stains. The minimum portion of metal does have some oxidation, but nothing too drastic. Approximate Dimensions: 11″w x 8″h x 4.25 d. Dual bamboo handle drop-3. Closure clasp in working condition.
