Original 5 Layer Ply Construction – Shown in Ad Photos. “Domes of Silence” boot glides for the feet of both Eames Chair & Ottoman Shown in Ad Photos. Silver circular cushion clips Shown in Ad Photos. 100% Goose Down cushion filling. Two (2) screws to armrests Shown in Ad Photos. Gun stock oil finish. Die Cast Aluminum Legs w/rounded ends. Silver Circular “M” (Herman Miller) Medallions on both Eames Chair & Ottoman. Pictures of Chair in it’s original condition prior to restoration available per request. Chair: 32.75″ wide, 32.75″ deep, 32 high. Ottoman: 26″ wide, 21.5″ deep, 16.25 high. Both pieces are show-pieces in my home and are strictly for decor; I do not use them. I acquired these pieces from an elderly client of mine who was the original owner of this Eames Chair & matching Ottoman. I had them professionally restored in 2019, while still preserving all of the chair’s original patina & parts. Restoration of all cushions & armrests included preserving original 1960’s hard-shell backing, original zippers and original attachment hardware; only the cracked leather was replaced & all cushions were re-packed w/goose down feathers. Authentic original vintage signed Plycraft chair lounger and ottoman set. Rare blonde wood model with original off white leather upholstery. Both armrests have some pinholes. However, these should be an easy fix as these armrests are separate from the main body of the chair lounger. Also some light chrome pitting, but overall a super original condition set in great working order. Looks great in a white or light themed room, very “Atomic” look with the blonde wood. This is a rare, chrome and velvet, vintage, chair and ottoman created by high end furniture maker RS Associates of Montreal. This was designed around the expo 67 period and it is still in fantastic, all original, condition. The style is similar to Milo Baughman and Scandinavian makers. As you can see the chair reclines and it also rocks. The frame is extremely heavy chrome plated steel. The sort of champagne color velvet has some wear but looks great and is clean and odor free. The strapping is good as new. It is outrageously comfortable. The chair is 29 wide x 19 h arm x 32 high back x 32 deep and ottoman is 25 x 25 x 16 h with cushion.
