Vintage Jensen Speaker SS-100 3-way Rare Mid-Century Modern. This is a late 50s early 60s single speaker in good working condition! It has a woofer in the bottom facing the ground, and the mid and horn behind the cloth. Its in great condition for the age. The fabric is in excellent condition! Excellent condition Poul Cadovius wall unit system with beautiful walnut grain veneer on particle board, and the very hard to find corner shelves. Most pieces are stamped “MADE IN DENMARK”. In addition to what you see in the first two pics, there is one more 79″ wall bracket and three more 8″ shelves included. This will give you an additional bay on either side. This set consists of the following. 5 wall brackets approx. 79 high each (only 4 shown in the pics). 1 secretary cabinet 14 3/4″ deep x 16 3/4″ high. Please note the broken loop on the key (4th pic) -it still works just fine. 2 corner shelves 8 deep. 1 corner shelf 9 1/2 deep. 4 regular 8 deep shelves (one shelf missing one hanger, third pic). 1 regular 9 1/2 deep shelf. The 2-piece corner shelves assembled are approximately 27 1/2″ x 27 1/2″, while the cabinet and regular shelves are the typical 31 1/2 length. The small metal pins under the shelves are not original, and made from metal dowel rod cut to size. Everything is in nice condition and fits together snugly. The shelves are straight, with no warping. There are minor signs of wear on the shelves and cabinet top like light scratches, and some small nicks here and there, but nothing intrusive. No separation or loose veneer. The pieces vary a little in color, but there appears to be no sun fading, and everything looks good together. It looks great as-is, though you might want to oil it, which will lessen the appearance of any scratches. Appears to have never been refinished. For local pick-up only. RARE 1956 George Nelson Herman Miller Dresser Cabinet Walnut Marble Black Frame. Listed for sale is a rare vintage George Nelson for Herman Miller black frame and walnut cabinet/dresser. This cabinet dates to circa 1956 and is one of the rarer George Nelson case good designs around. Moreover, this example was custom ordered with a marble top. While I was first skeptical of this marble, I discovered upon exploring the underside that this is a factory-correct marble top. The piece is marked with HM factory marks and uses an innovative solution for securing the marble. Eames shock mounts were taken and glued to the marble as a means of connecting it to the cabinet. Very exciting for a Herman Miller collector or enthusiast. The original Herman Miller round label is still present within the top drawer. Wood: Wood faces are in exceptionally nice condition with minimal notable wear. Metal: Legs are in excellent shape with some light wear.
