Through some research I’m suspecting it is made by the Bischoff Glass Co. Founded in West Virginia between the 1920’s and the 60’s. This vintage and rare item is in VERY good condition. I notice no cracks or chips. There is a little grit or similar at the opening which may be residual from some sort of stopper used at one time. Or, that grit appearance/texture might have been intentionally made-unsure. On all of the similar decanters that I comped, it was on those as well. 13.25″ h and 5″ w at the base.
