Rare and huge 21 tall studio pottery floor vase made in Germany by Carstens Tonnieshof, 6000-50. Superb textured and speckled Brutalist basketweave pattern in charcoal black and white, with chocolate brown interior – perhaps the work of Gerda Heuckeroth. Measures 21″ tall, 12″ in width at its widest, 7.25″ in diameter at base, 7.5″ in diameter at mouth. In fine condition, free of cracks or chips.
