WONDERFUL LARGE OVER 52 LONG HANGING PEACOCK IN A ROUND RING. SWEEPING TAIL IS MAGNIFICENT. THIS IS A BRASS PIECE, PRETTY HEAVY AND VERY WELL SCULPTED. THE BIRD ACTUALLY SITS ON A PERCH AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RING. THERE IS A SHORT CHAIN TO HANG THE PEACOCK UP. THIS IS A VERY STRIKING PIECE. IT’S A C. JERE OR SOME CLOSELY RESEMBLED ARTIST. Karpen of California Mid Century Modern HUGE Table Lamp. This lamp is STUNNING! It’s a whopping 61 tall with a space age cone shaped shade that is truly awe-inspiring. Please note, the lamp is unmarked, but yeah… They all came together– as can be seen in my photo. Mid Century chairs and furniture by Karpen has such a cache; the chairs alone fetch thousands of dollars! This lamp is a must have for any Karpen aficionado. The lamp is in great vintage condition with only a couple minor issues- there appears to be some sort of original very small fracture on the lamp where the ceramic meets the base (this can be seen in the photographs)– although I do believe this was original to the piece–as it is smooth to the touch, and appears to have been originally glazed into the lamp. The lamp shade also had a hairline fracture in the shade, which has been repaired on the inside and cannot be seen, even when the lamp is lit. 61″ H X 15″ W. The chair is in great vintage condition. EXTREMELY RARE RARE C. JERE HEAVY METAL CIRCLES SCULPTURE. VERY SIMILAR TO THE RAINDROPS, BUT MUCH MORE RARE AND BRUTAL. THIS PIECE IS FANTASTIC. IT IS METAL THAT HAS TURNED BROWN WITH RUST AND SOME OF IT IS STILL SHINY METAL. THIS PIECE WEIGHS A TON. IT MEASURES 52″ LONG AND 25″ WIDE. IT IS ABOUT 10 DEEP. THE CIRCLES ARE FASHIONED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER SOME WITH HALF CIRCLE PLATES SOME FULL SEE THROUGH CIRCLES. I’VE HAD THIS FOR MANY YEARS. LOOK HOW BIG IT IS COMPARED TO THE PIECE OF FURNITURE. THE SIGNATURE IS UNDER THE RUST SOMEWHERE. IN THIS CASE, THE RUST ADDS SO MUCH DEPTH TO THIS PIECE.
