This vintage sconce is an extra large wall-mount unit with a mirror-like polished chrome full frame, classic mid century glam, originally from a Chicagoland banquet hall. It was installed over a mirrored wall. There are 11 tronchi prisms, with no chips or cracks in the glass. The top outer level has seven 10 long tubes. The inside lower level has four 8 tronchi. With the reflective backdrop of the frame, each fixture is a cascade of lighted sculptural glass, modern and elegant. It takes two standard base bulb sockets. The frame is constructed of sturdy polished chrome metal and exhibits almost no patina and age. The frame is heavy and comes with the complete mounting brackets. This is different and appears newer and with newer grounded wiring, possibly from the late 1970’s or early 80’s. Please see the photos, this is a rare, possibly custom piece.
