Classy Mid-Century Modern Brass Tole Leaves & Teak Table Lamp w/ Original Shade. Lovely design perfect for a Danish Modern / Mid-century decor scheme. 1950’s – 1960’s. The brass tole leaves and frame are bright and shiny. The teak stem and fiberglass shade have no damage. There is a stain on the back of the shade along the seam that is completely out of view. 15″ x 9½” x 9½” Shade: 10″ x 5″ x 5″. D E S C R I P T I O N. This beautiful classy mid-century table / desk lamp is a great example of classic mid-century modernism. The lamp measures 15″ high and 9½” in diameter. The shade is 10″ high and 5″ in diameter. The lamp has a brass metal cylindrical frame that is decorated with 16 beautiful brass tole leaves, 2 on each of the 8 evenly spaced vertical bars along the lamp. It has a short teak stem and a shiny brass tone base. It also has a white cylindrical fiberglass shade that fits inside the lamp frame (see pics). It works great and when lit produces nice soft lighting ideal for your end table, desk or favorite mid-century / danish modern table. The brass tole leaves reflect the soft lighting perfectly. The lamp is in terrific condition. The brass tole leaves and frame are bright and shiny with minimal wear. The teak stem is glossy with no cracks, breaks, dents, or scratches. The brass tone base is also super shiny with only an extremely minor amount of wear. The fiberglass shade is very solid and is free of rips and tears. There is a stain on the back of the shade along the seam caused by old glue (not a burn mark) which is completely out of view (see pics). The electrical cord is perfect and there is a chain with a big brass ball on the end that you pull to turn the lamp on & off (see 9th photo). The lamp has a green felt on the undersideand is ready to be used. Electricity is a standard 120 volt compatible with all U. And Canada wall power. Please view all of the pictures to see condition. This simple, yet elegant and classic mid-century lamp in such nice condition is the perfect accent for any table. Lovely design perfect for a Danish Modern / Mid-century décor scheme. Overall good condition This was a very rare mid century Sputnik style lamp The big cylinder is plastic. The base is metal and the top cover that closes the glass cylinder part is metal also. Tested and it WORKS The base have some rust spots and that is the part with the most damage. The spike sphere and the cylinders from inside looks in very good condition. The big plastic cylinder have some small paint drops but that can be removed.

Up for grabs we have a Rare Panasonic Desk Lamp in pretty decent condition. It is in working order and the cord is good. The plastic has a couple tiny hairline cracks that are barely visible. It is also warped one one side, may be repaired with a heat gun if desired. I thought the switch was broken until I remembered you have to hold it down for a couple seconds. Chrome base is pitted.

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage atomic era table lamp. The base is constructed of iron, and there are two ceramic inserts, one rests at the very top and serves as a shallow dish – perhaps for some faux plants, and the other insert is also ceramic and encloses the light bulb. Both ceramic pieces are off-white in color, with thin black paint swirls throughout. The lamp stands approx. The ceramic dish / bowl at the top has a diameter of approx. 11, and it is approx. The ceramic encasement around the light bulb measures approx. 8″ tall x 6″ in diameter. The distance between the legs is approx. Condition: Excellent condition – no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, bends, dents, dings, etc. The interior side of the dish at the top shows some minor signs of light discoloration from age and use – nothing objectionable whatsoever (see photos)… We’re solely mentioning it for accuracy. The electrical wiring is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having the wiring checked prior to long-term use. NOTE : The lamp will be packaged with extreme care. Please ask them and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.

Up for sale is a MUST SEE!!!! It is a 17.5″ (to the bottom of the socket, 20″ to the top of the socket) RARE Atomic Age Mid Century Modern MCM Black & White Metal Brass Table Lamp. I’m not sure what this shape would be called. I can’t find another like it to help me out. It is in GOOD to VERY GOOD Condition for it’s age. It has a couple of tiny scratches as seen in the photos and needs a good cleaning. I only did a light touch up. Please look at the pictures. It was probably to keep the lamp from scratching the table. I have other lamps listed this month, but, this one is my FAVORITE! It is CRAZY off almost all of the time on the larger items.
