Rare walnut Sofa Lounge designed by Kipp Stewart for Drexel Furniture’s Declaration line of furniture. The sofa has just been reupholstered in new high quality fabric (Hon Appoint II Mandarin). The sofa is in excellent condition, solid and strong, ready to go into your home. It would look great in the center of a room so that the beautiful spindle back of the sofa is on display. According to a Drexel Declaration brochure from the time, this piece is called the Sofa Lounge #995-834. Also works great as a day bed or for overnight guests. Some of the photos were taken in dappled sunlight, hence the light shadows in some photos. Still retains the Drexel label underneath. Dimensions: 81 length x 30.25 deep x 31 inches tall.
