A hard to find counter balance swag lamp from Lightolier, probably designed by Gerald Thurston in the early 1950s. The lamp is all orignal except for a new cord, plug, socket insulator and socket enclosure insulator. The switch mechanism is original and can use a 3 – way bulb. The lamp stir has a partial Lightolier sticker on the inside of the shade. The lamp shade is approximately 15 inches wide and 4 inches tall, the greatest difference from wall is 20 2/4 inches, approximately 10 feet of black nylon wrapped cord with a black vintage inspired plug.
