For your consideration, a very rare Bitossi pottery Onorevoli people sculpture, circa 1958-60. This is an early design from Aldo Londis Onorevoli series, the later more prevalent people sculptures are much larger in scale and less detailed. The work is in overall good condition. The larger figure has firing cracks at the neck, abrasions to the body, surface scratching to the clay at one side that resembles a crack BUT IS NOT, and a fleabite chip towards the foot at the incised line. The wood base has staining. The figures will be boxed separately and the entire sculpture double boxed. Measurements including base: 15.75 inches in height, 5.5 inches in width, and 5 inches in profile depth.
